4. WINNER SELECTION
Winners for all prizes will be selected via a weighted drawing after each stage concludes. A participant's probability of winning is determined by their accumulated points relative to the total points of all eligible participants in that stage.

5. TAXES
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and customs taxes, duties, or fees associated with the prize. Winners of the grand draw prize may be required to provide relevant tax information.

6. PRIVACY
Participant data will be handled in accordance with local laws and our Privacy Policy, and will not be shared with third parties except for prize fulfillment. Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data by contacting privacy@xbotgo.com. Please note that if you request data deletion, your reward points balance will be cleared.
